Banning someone who isn't in your server

Maki does not have a "hackban" or "idban" command unlike most other Discord bots. Instead, you can simply use the ban command to ban someone who isn't in your server.
Since you can't mention someone who isn't in your server you will have to use a user ID instead. You can get a user's ID by right clicking their profile and selecting "copy ID". You need developer mode enabled for this however. Another way to get a user their ID is by checking the logs or using the user id command for the user you want to ban.
